Mother's Day

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day. Mine was terrific. We went to my sister's for brunch, and than spent some time just relaxing with the family.

Here are some of the Mother's Day Cards I made.

This card I made using the Button Boutique from Papertrey Ink. My sister is a quilter like myself, so I knew she would appreciate it and she did.

These two cards I made using the Stella & Rose Doily Stamp set, lot of PTI goodness and a Jenni Bowling butterfly.

PTI Rocket

When I saw the Rocket stamp set on Papertrey Ink, I know had to get it. Santana loves Buzz Light Year and walks around the house saying "to infinity and beyond". Here is the card I made for his third birthday. I got my inspiration from The Papertrey Ink Gallery.

The background is done with Tim Holtz distess inks. The images are colored with copic markers. I especailly like the "bling" used for the Rocket window. I think I will be making more of these cards for the little men in our lives.
